A quick update on your Haedal Designs order 💜

First: THANK YOU.

The response to my 75% off liquidation sale was honestly way bigger than I expected, and I received around 100 orders. 😭 I cannot tell you how grateful I am for the amount of support you've shown Haedal Designs as I close out this chapter.

I also wanted to send an update because I know many of you are wondering:

“Where's my order?” 👀

It's coming! I promise. 💜

Haedal Designs is a one-person business, which means I'm the one pulling inventory, checking orders, packing everything, printing labels, and getting all of those packages out the door. With the huge influx of orders from the sale, I've gotten pretty backed up.

I am actively packing orders and am now shipping them out in batches every couple of days.

If you haven't received a shipping notification yet, your order has not been forgotten. Please allow me some additional time to work my way through the remaining order queue. You'll automatically receive your tracking information as soon as your package ships.

I also want to apologize to anyone who was hoping to receive their order in time for a specific event. I'm working through everything as quickly as I reasonably can, but I don't want to promise individual delivery dates that I may not be able to meet.

Unless there's an issue with the information on your order or you need to contact me about something other than its shipping status, I kindly ask that you hold off on emailing for an order update while I work through the queue.

Responding to individual status emails takes time away from packing your orders — and right now, I would much rather spend that time getting everyone's goodies into boxes and OUT OF MY HOUSE. 😂📦

I'll continue posting general shipping updates on Instagram at @haedaldesigns, so please check there for the latest information as well.

And once your order ships, you'll receive your normal shipping confirmation and tracking information by email.
